Vozovna is Czech for tram depot. Rooms for two or three, a kitchen for everyone and a quiet night’s sleep – for workers, students and travellers on a budget.

From the station to the end of the line
Tram 9, no changes, about 14 minutes, then a 150 m walk.

9 Take tram 9 by the main entrance. It runs every 10 minutes.

Get off here: the tram goes no further and turns into the depot.

Walk along the tracks the way the tram went, up to the depot gates.
Vozovna Hostel
The brick house with the green door right next to the gates. Ring the RECEPCE bell.
Rooms and facilities
- 22 double and 4 triple rooms, 56 beds over three floors.
- Every room has a washbasin, a small fridge and a reading lamp by each bed.
- Wi-Fi throughout the building – you get the password with your key.
- Showers and toilets on every floor, separate for women and men.
- Kitchen on the ground floor with a hob, oven, microwave and crockery, open 6:00–22:00.
- Common room with a TV and table football.
- Washing machine and dryer in the basement, bike shed in the yard.
- Bed linen and a towel are included and changed every week.

If your plans change
You can cancel or move your stay free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel later or do not turn up, we charge the first night.
At check-in we register you in the guest book, so please have your ID card or passport ready.
House rules in brief
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, e-cigarettes included. The smoking corner is in the yard by the bike shed.
- You can meet visitors in the common room until 20:00, but not in the rooms.
- Cooking only in the kitchen. Please wash up straight after your meal.
- Label your food in the kitchen fridge – we clear it out every Sunday.
- On your departure day, please leave the room by 10:00 and return the key to reception or the box by the door.
- No pets, except guide and assistance dogs.
The full house rules hang by reception and on the door of every room.
